Contract manufacturing services are executed in our plants, where we are ready to assemble manufacturing parts, do subassembly or complex production operations. Takeover and operate of manufacturing activity, component assembly with offering optimal solutions to capacity, quality, logistic and any other production related problems to our partners.
We also coordinate activity transfer in service environment. Our colleagues gained international experience in process outsourcing/relocation from multiple European countries. Customer service and financial tasks were transferred and implemented to Budapest based Shared Service Center.
